Athelite Australian Emus
Australia's national representative Touch Football teams are known as the Athelite Australian Emus. The highest-level Athelite Australian Emus teams are the Men's Open, Women's Open, and Mixed Open teams. Unlike other team sports, there are Mixed divisions at the most elite level of Touch. Touch Football athletes can also represent the Emus at Youth and Masters levels. The Emus represent Australia in Touch World Cup events and Trans-Tasman Test Series.

Adult Representative Touch
Adult Pathways
There are representative pathways for Touch Football players – whether that's competing at State Cups, Nationals, the televised NRL Touch Premiership or all the way up to international events such as the Trans-Tasman and World Cup. The Athelite Australian Emus are current World Champions. Unlike other team sports, in Touch Football you can represent – even at the most elite level – in Mixed as well as Men's and Women's divisions. There are opportunities for Masters as well as Open divisions at representative events.

For those who want to take Touch Football further, there are representative pathways for Touch Football players – whether that's competing in Schools Series, at State Cups, Nationals, the NRL Touch Premiership or all the way up to international events such as the Youth Trans-Tasman and Youth World Cup. The Athelite Australian Emus are current World Champions. Unlike other team sports, in Touch Football you can represent, even at the most elite level, in Mixed as well as Boys and Girls divisions. Touch is also a common pathway into professional leagues such as the NRL.
