Notice of Annual General Meeting of Touch Football Australia

To be held on 18 November 2023, commencing at 11:00 AEDT.

On Wednesday 4 October 2023, in accordance with the Touch Football Australia Limited Constitution (TFA Constitution), written notice is hereby given to:

• Queensland Touch Football (QTF);
• New South Wales Touch Association (NSWTA);
• Every Affiliate;
• Every Delegate;
• The Directors;
• The Auditor of TFA; and
• All State Council Chairpersons

that the TFA Board has scheduled the TFA Annual General Meeting for the 2022/2023 financial period to be held as follows:

Date: Saturday, 18 November 2023
Time: 1100 AEDT
Location: via video conference
Note: The Annual General Meeting will be held in accordance with clause 23 of the TFA Constitution. Video conference details will be provided 21 days prior to the AGM.
