There's plenty of Touch Football action around the country this July, headlined by the celebration of NAIDOC Week, QLD Junior State Cup, and the rescheduled Touch of Pride event!

 

ACT NAIDOC Carnival

6 July

As part of this year’s NAIDOC Week celebrations (3 July – 10 July), Deakin Playing Fields will be hosting the 18th annual edition of the Touch Football carnival. Teams from Australian or ACT Government agencies and department will compete in a round robin style tournament. This is followed by a final’s series.

Other events and activities, including a free barbeque and a kids ‘come and try’ coached game of touch football will also be occurring.

QLD Touch Football Junior State Cup

7 – 9 July

A 3-day event, the Queensland Touch Football Junior State Cup (QLD JSC) brings together over 2600 participants from more than 230 affiliated teams. The tournament is suitable for men’s and women’s players aged 7-18.

The Fraser Coast Sports and Recreation Precinct, Hervey Bay will host this year’s competition.

Touch of Pride

22 – 23 July
