Switch – Female only beginner touch football program
Shepparton Touch are excited to bring the Switch program to Shepparton. Switch is a multi-week introductory Touch Football program for all women. It is an initiative of NRL Touch Football and VicHealth that aims to improve health and well-being of Victorian women through social sport. Over a few weeks, participants will build on the fitness and skills to boost confidence and strengthen women in Touch Football.
