Tony Trad - Upcoming Coaching Courses VIC

TFA Hall of Famer Tony Trad Heading to Victoria for Coach Development! With the support of Touch Football Australia, we are proud to be hosting TFA Hall of Famer and Australia's most successful coach Tony Trad for an exclusive coach development weekend. A name synonymous with the sport, Tony brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table and a commitment to growing the game. In a bid to foster the growth and development of touch football in Victoria we are excited to host Tony and his visit promises to provide an invaluable opportunity for our community to hone their coaching skills and for our athletes to learn from one of the game's greatest minds. To kick off our development weekend, Tony will deliver a Foundation Coach workshop on Friday evening 7th June to new coaches entering our sport for the first time with assistance from some of Victoria's brightest coaches. Tony will then deliver a Talent Coach course on Saturday 8th June with the assistance of dual Mixed Open World Cup winning coach Michael Lovett and current Victorian state coach Elies el Chaar. The Talent Coach course as delivered by Tony is a modern approach to coaching in our sport in the representative arena and will help accelerate the development of coaches in Victoria. On Sunday, Tony will work closely with our Victorian coaches and players as they prepare for the DoorDash National Youth Championships, with this exclusive opportunity for our talented youth to experience elite level coaching. Tony has expressed his excitement in coming to Victoria, stating that "he is a firm believer in the power of coaching coaches and has a passion for growing the game extends well beyond his home state of New South Wales".
