Touch Football Australia (TFA) is pleased to announce the official referee contingent selected to represent Australia at the upcoming 2026 Asia Pacific Seniors Touch Cup, set to take place in Japan this October.
The appointment highlights the continued success and strength of TFA’s high-performance officiating pathways. Members of both the Masters Referee Squad and the National Referee Squad make up the core of the Australian contingent, serving as a prime example of TFA’s referee performance programs in action.
Designed to transition elite domestic talent onto the global stage, these structured development pathways ensure Australian match officials are thoroughly prepared for the speed, intensity, and pressure of international competition.
Leading the delegation off the field will be experienced Referee Coaches, Caren Friend and Luke McKenzie, who will provide crucial coaching, performance analysis, and support throughout the tournament to set Australia's officials up for success on the world stage.
TFA extends its congratulations to all selected referees and coaches on their appointments.
