WA Tigers NTLs 2026

The Western Tigers delivered a proud and spirited performance at the 2026 National Touch League Championships held in Coffs Harbour from 4–7 March, with all three teams showing determination, skill, and strong teamwork across the four‑day competition.

Women’s 20s – Alliance State Champions

The Women’s 20s finished their campaign in impressive style. After defeating the NRN Eagles 9–6 in the playoff for 11th/12th position, the team carried their momentum into the Alliance State Grand Final. In a composed and disciplined display, they overcame the Victoria Storm 5–3, securing the Alliance State Championship title and closing out the tournament on a high.

Men’s 50s

The Men’s 50s recorded two solid victories during the tournament - one against the NRN Eagles and another against the Victoria Storm. In a closely contested playoff for 5th/6th, the Tigers had a good win against the Sydney Mets, 6–5, finishing fifth overall. Their consistency and fighting spirit were evident throughout the event.

Men’s 60s

The Men’s 60s picked up a strong win against the NQ Cyclones during round robin games, showing their experience and resilience. They progressed to the semifinals, where they faced a tough Sydney Scorpions outfit, eventually going down 0–3. The team concluded the championships with a commendable fourth place finish.
