March continues the momentum of the Touch Football season, featuring a flagship national tournament, junior pathway events, and inclusive community competitions across the country. Here’s a look at what’s coming up in March, offering something for every level of the game.
NSW Touch Association (NSWTA) Junior State Cup State Final
1 March
New South Wales’ top junior talent will converge on Waterworth Park in Tempe for the NSWTA Junior State Cup State Final, following the completion of the Southern and Northern Conferences held in Wagga Wagga and Dubbo in February.
The winners of both conferences will meet on Sunday, 1 March in a best-of-three series, with the victors crowned State Champions in NSWTA’s premier junior representative event.

The Championships
4 – 7 March
A flagship of the national Touch Football calendar, The Championships will return in a refreshed format for 2026 following an extensive review process supported by consultation with key stakeholders. Key updates include a return to a four-day event, revised game lengths, and updated team eligibility requirements, with the restructure designed to balance participation growth and pathway development.
Hosted in Coffs Harbour for the fourteenth consecutive year, almost 150 teams are set to compete on the Mid-North Coast.

Cas Cup
20 – 21 March
Hosted by Premier City Touch Football, the Cas Cup is an annual social Touch tournament held annually in Casuarina for Opens Mixed, Social Mixed, Social Women’s, and Social Men’s divisions.
Open for all skill levels, the Cas Cup presents a two-day weekend getaway for the social side of the game, welcoming participants from across South East Queensland, New South Wales, and interstate to the Tweed region.

Touch Football Victoria (TFV) Junior State Cup
22 March
The TFV Junior State Cup will return on 22 March at Bridges Recreation Reserve in Craigieburn, bringing together Victoria’s best young athletes from under-10s through to under-18s.
The event presents an opportunity for the state’s junior Touch Footballers to showcase their skills and continue their development at the highest level. Last year’s event welcomed twenty-eight teams and approximately 300 players in a highly competitive contest.

Touch Football WA (TFWA) Unity Cup
29 March
TFWA will launch the inaugural Unity Cup in 2026, built on the values of inclusion, respect, and connection within a diverse and competitive environment.
The event will welcome teams from across the state and feature a Fast 4s format, delivering short, high-tempo games designed for players of all ages and abilities, while celebrating community and culture through Touch Football.
