Touch Football Victoria is proud to announce the 2025 VT League Referee Coaching Panel.
These referees have been instrumental in supporting the growth and development of officiating in our community. Each member of the panel holds referee coaching qualifications that will provide greater support and education for referees officiating in this year’s tournament.
Over recent months, Peter Cramp, Jim Addis, and Jason Horton, our Victorian Referee Panel, have led a number of initiatives designed to elevate refereeing standards across the game. Their work focuses on:
- Ensuring consistent, high-quality officiating that enhances the integrity and flow of the game.
- Strengthening TFV’s referee pathway through structured group training that supports progression, retention, and the development of a talent pool for state and national appointments.
- Fostering community and belonging by building culture, boosting morale, and creating a strong shared identity among referees.
