Massih’s appointment follows an extensive, nationwide search in consultation with NSWTA and QTF – with the role responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes and delivery of the performance management framework across the organisations with best practice policies and compliance.
The National People and Culture Manager will be responsible for driving and implementing a high-performance culture nationally and across Touch Football states and territories, including providing operational support and advice, oversee all areas of performance and retention, and leading the people and culture function.
Following a three-round interview process, Massih was successful in a high-quality field of applicants – with NSWTA, QTF, and NRL figures involved in the extensive process. Massih will commence in the role on Monday, 12 May 2025.
