Touch Football Victoria (TFV) wishes to advise that the Annual Meeting for the 2023/2024 Financial Period will be held on Tuesday, 28th January 2025, commencing at 5:30 PM.
The meeting will take place online via Microsoft Teams. A meeting invite with a video link will be sent to all Affiliate contacts closer to the meeting date. Members or representatives of Affiliates can also request the link by contacting claudia.davey@touchfootball.com.au.
Each Affiliate within the TFV network is entitled to one (1) vote, provided they are fully financial by Tuesday, 14th January 2025. To exercise voting rights, Affiliate delegate attendance must be confirmed via email by 5:00 PM Friday, 17th January 2025.
As per the TFA 2021 Terms of Reference, two (2) General Member positions on the State and Territory Advisory Committee (STAC) are open for election during the meeting. The current members whose terms are expiring are Cecilia Eichler and Natalie Weglarz. Nominations for these positions are due by 5:00 PM Tuesday, 31st December 2024. The elected STAC members will vote for the Chair position at the next STAC meeting following the annual meeting.
