The 2025 Championships tournament is scheduled to begin Thursday, March 6th through to Saturday, March 8th.

In preparation for the tournament next year, TFWA will be utilising the 2024 Super League Series competition as the trials for the extended playing squads. Players who are participating during the Series between Rounds 1 to 5 will be given preference on selection. Any players unavailable to play during these round games will need to provide adequate reasoning. TFWA will consider any extenuating circumstances regarding availability as well given prior communication from the individual.
Extended training squads will be announced prior to Round 6 of the 2024 Super League Series (Sunday, November 10th). Final travelling teams (including any shadow players) will need to be confirmed by Sunday, November 24th.
