Touch Football Australia (TFA) is pleased to announce the renewal with one of our longest partners, Sportscover.
Sportscover has been protecting Australian Touch Footballers for over 30 years, becoming one of the sports longest and most trusted partners.
Under the new three-year agreement, Sportscover will retain naming rights of the Nest, Touch Football’s education and online learning portal.
Other key features include the integration of Sportscover content within TFA referee and coaching courses, the creation of specific resources and education to volunteer committees and affiliated associations on a range of governance, risk mitigation and compliance matters.
Sportscover will also continue to appear on the lower back of jersey position on the Australian Emus national team playing jerseys.
“We’re thrilled to continue our long association with Sportscover from both an insurance and partnership perspective. This partnership is about protecting our most valuable asset, our people, both on and off the field and I’m looking forward to unlocking other ways through education and resources to give our people the tools they need to deliver our sport in the safest way possible” said TFA Chief Executive Officer, Jamie O’Connor.
“Sportscover Australia is delighted to extend our partnership with NRL Touch Football well into a fourth decade,” said Chris Nash, Sportscover’s Managing Director. “TFA is an exceptionally well run and professional sports organisation and the opportunity for Sportscover to continue to input into the sport via our insurance and sponsorship partnership is one we value enormously.”
TFA will continue to be insured by Sportscover Australia.
