Touch Football Australia (TFA), in partnership with Sport Integrity Australia, are pleased to release updated policies within the National Integrity Framework. The updated policies have been shaped through:

  • Feedback from National Sporting Organisations (including TFA) and other sports sector partners;
  • Feedback from subject matter experts;
  • Sport Integrity Australia’s review of its internal processes; and
  • Jurisdictional issues identified by Sport Integrity Australia as part of the review process.

The updated policies within the Framework include:

  • Safeguarding Children and Young People Policy;
  • Member Protection Policy;
  • Improper Use of Drugs and Medicine Policy;
  • Competition Manipulation and Sports Gambling Policy; and
  • Complaints, Disputes and Discipline Policy.

TFA continues to work with the team at Sport Integrity Australia to ensure that the Safeguarding Children and Young People Policy aligns to state specific requirements relating to the Child Safe Standards and has also updated the Member Protection Policy to align to best-practice guidelines from Pride in Sport.
