Touch Football Tasmania have a few events coming over the next few months that will be good for referees who want to keep their eye in before the summer season rolls around again.

The Deadly Choices carnival will be held in Hobart on Thursday 6 July at Wentworth Park in Hobart. This is a one day event, running during school hours (9am-3pm), with a focus on fun and participation. Small payments available to referees who can help out.

The School Series is back in August this year. This event runs around the state over a few weeks with rounds in Devonport 14-15 August, Hobart 18, 21 and 22 August, and Launceston rounds 25, 28 and 29 August. The state finals are in Launceston on 6 September. You can volunteer for all, some, or only one of the days. Small payments available.

Finally, along with teams to play we're looking for referees for the Cold Climate Classic in Devonport on 28-29 October.

If you're available to help at any of these events, please contact des.fogarty@touchfootball.com.au asap. Our sport doesn't work without the support of our referees, and these events are the showcases in the state. Please make yourself available if and where you can.
