Touch Football Australia (TFA), in partnership with the Regional Enterprise Development Institute (REDI.E), hosted the 2022 National Indigenous Touch Football Knockout on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th of November, in Dubbo.
The event successfully returned, after a covid enforced hiatus in 2021, with 23 teams participating across 5 divisions.
The tournament is a key component of TFA’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and aims to create a sense of community, inclusive participation, enjoyment and reconciliation, whilst promoting positive health messages and encouraging physical activity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
