Competition Coordinator
- Manage the Centrally Managed Competitions within the state and guide the delivery to ensure that we enhance the experience of the participant.
- Manage the referee payments, communications and result entry for all Victorian Centrally Managed Competitions.
- Ensure that all Victorian Centrally Managed teams and players are financial prior to playing as per TFA requirements and follow appropriate measures if unfinancial.
- Manage and benchmark facility standards and support the local volunteers to ensure that the service of the sport is professional to recruit and retain members year on year.
- Provide administration support to these locations, maintain an understanding of TFA policies, reporting and decision-making support for the State Manager.
- Initiative to drive the improvement of the sport and actively promote the sport of Touch Football.
- Support the delivery of school clinics at both primary and secondary schools where necessary and transition these participants into organised competitions.
- Assist in the organisation and delivery of running Gala days, ‘Come and ‘Try’ days along with Development days.
- Assist in the delivery of organising and running state-based events with the assistance of the state office.

Ground Controllers
- Set up fields and competition admin on game days
- Ensure all paperwork is completed and returned each game day
- Scan and send game sheets to TFV after each night.
- Effectively TFV representative on site. Manage any issues and enforce rules.
- Pack down and lock up after game day.
Field Officers
- Assist in delivery of coaching sessions particularly juniors (will require Working With Children accreditation)
- Deliver programs at schools and affiliate competitions
- Assist at State events
- Deliver school holiday programs across Melbourne/Victoria.
