Notice of Annual General Meeting of Touch Football Australia
To be held on Saturday 20th November 2021, commencing at 11:00 AEDT.
On Wednesday 6 October 2021, in accordance with the Touch Football Australia Limited Constitution (TFA Constitution), written notice is hereby given to:
- Queensland Touch Football (QTF);
- New South Wales Touch Association (NSWTA);
- Every Affiliate;
- Every Delegate;
- The Directors;
- The Auditor of TFA; and
- All State Council Chairpersons
that the TFA Board has scheduled the TFA Annual General Meeting for the 2020/2021 financial period to be held as follows:
Date: Saturday, 20 November 2021
Time: 1100 AEDT
Location: via video conference
Note: The Annual General Meeting will be held in accordance with clause 23 of the TFA Constitution. Video conference details will be provided 21 days prior to the AGM.
