TFT has today released details of a major change to State Cup for 2021.
In 2021 Junior State Cup will be run as a stand alone competition and is due to be held at Devonport’s Meercroft Park on the weekend of February 13th. In another major shift entry to Junior State Cup will be open to all Club teams, including school based teams from across Tasmanian affiliates. Club/school sides will have the opportunity to represent both their club and Affiliate at the same time.

Key Points to know:
- 2021 Age groups to be 12 and under, 14 and under, 16 and under and 18 and under
- 2021 Tournament will be played on 13th February 2021 at Meercroft Park, Devonport (this may extend to include 14th if team nominations require)
- For the purposes of this tournament schools are considered a club. Any entity currently nominating teams into Affiliate competitions is deemed to be a club.
- Team nominations will open on Mysideline on Friday 13th November and close on 18th December 2020.
- Points accrued by teams will count toward “Best Girl’s Club”, “Best Boy’s Club”, “Best Overall Club” as well as being apportioned to their aligned Affiliate toward the “Overall State Cup” which will be awarded after the Senior State Cup to be held in Oct/Nov 2021
