Touch Football ACT (TFACT) State Manager Gabe Hodges has been promoted to a newly created position at Touch Football Australia (TFA) – National Alliance States Manager. Gabe will begin in the position on Monday 21st September 2020.

The newly reintroduced position will report to the TFA GM – Participation, Brad Mitchell, and will have a focus on servicing and supporting the growth of the sport in the TFA Alliance States.

Gabe brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the position and will prove to be an invaluable asset to the states and territories as TFA embarks on a new strategic cycle.

Gabe’s time as ACT State Manager and previously held positions at Sport Australia features a strong history of growing participation and we look forward to her continuing that trend in this role.

Gabe’s shift to a national role will see current ACT Pathways and Events Coordinator Mark Barnes elevated to the ACT State Manager role.

Mark has played a critical role in the success of ACT over the past 18 months and will continue to do so in his new role.
