Following Premier Gutwien's announcement this morning that current border restrictions in the State will not be reviewed until December 2020. Touch Football Tasmania have been left with no alternative but to withdraw all Tasmania Thunder teams from the upcoming National Youth Championships event to be held on The Sunshine Coast from Thursday 1 October to Saturday 3 October 2020.
Touch Football Tasmania is committed to providing our Thunder teams the best development program we are able to in these uncertain times and will actively investigate other opportunities. In the meantime Thunder teams will continue training in preparation of whatever opportunity.
