Close to 40 teams will take to the fields at McGillivray Oval, Mount Claremont this weekend to compete in the 2013 WA ‘Be Active’ State Championships.
The event this year will be held from Friday, 15 February until Sunday, 17 February, and is the first State Championships event held by Touch Football Western Australia since the 2011 event 15 months ago when it was decided to change the date.
Seven divisions will be contested at the event – Men’s Open, Women’s Open, Mixed Open, Women’s 27’s, Women’s 35’s, Men’s 30’s and Men’s 40’s.
Round games will be played on the Friday and Saturday, before finals take place on Sunday.
