The Brisbane Metropolitan Touch Association’s fields will host the event, which will be played between Friday, 21 October and Sunday, 23 October 2011.
14 divisions will be contested at the three day event, from Men's and Women's 20's through to Men’s 55’s, vying for their respective titles. The Championships also doubles as a selection event for the 2012 State of Origin Series.
Teams from North Queensland, South West Queensland, South Queensland, Brisbane City, Sunshine Coast and Central Queensland will compete in the event, with 2011 marking the first year the event has been held since 2007.
The official opening ceremony will be held on field one at 11.20am on Friday, with the majority of games to commence after the ceremony.
Games will be contested on Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning before finals commence from 11.20am.
