Q: Can I send emails to specific teams or competitions?

Yes, specific teams from 2022 competitions. Select the team/s and “create target group”.  

If you don't select the member type it will send to the team captain as well as the players.

Q: Can I see what emails have been sent?

Yes, click on the ‘Log Details’. You’ll be able to see an overview of the send. To get further details click on the email you want to review.

Q: Can I see what I have sent in the email and who to?

Yes, once clicked into the email you’ll be able to see the emails details. You’ll be able to see the admin that sent the email, the subject, the content and the emails that the send was sent to.

Q: Please advise what the age groups settings mean?

• To send to just one specific age group you can use the "Under XX". If you select "Under 15" you'll send to those that are turning 15 in the current year. “Seniors” are those turning 19 or older, “Masters” are those over 35s.
• The age group selected will include all members for just that age group based on date of birth
• If you need to send to multiple age groups, multiple age groups can be selected.
