Once your Affiliates Season is complete it is imperative the final steps are taken to ensure the season is completed correctly and so team contacts and players are aware of when the next season will be commencing.

Send thank you email to all team contacts outlining division winners and any end of season information & events. Include next seasons date.
Send thank you email out to referees thanking them for a great season.
Post all Grand Final results and photographs on social media platforms.
Create and send out post-season survey to all participants.
Pay referees.

Commence/continue planning for next season.
Ensure all team contacts and players are emailed information for next season.
Ensure all information for next season is placed on socials.
