During The Season

Once your Affiliate’s Season is underway it is imperative the competition be managed effectively.



General In-Season Requirements

  • If applicable perform re-grading to ensure a fair competition (rounds 3-4).
  • Send out formal communication to all team contacts seeking their feedback & providing contact 3 times throughout the season.
  • Record any feedback and action any required items.
  • Update fixtures and results prior to departing the venue on competition day.
  • Calculate finals fixtures and ensure all team contacts are aware of the finals system in place.
  • Continue to post updates & photographs on social platforms.
  • Pay referees. 


Compliance Requirements

  • Ensure all players are registered online prior to taking the field.
  • Ensure all teams sign-on prior to taking the field.
  • Ensure all referees are registered prior to taking the field. 


Extreme Weather & Field Closures

  • Should you experience extreme weather and/or field closures ensure all team contacts are contacted regarding any decisions made.
  • Ensure website & socials are updated to notify players of any decisions made.
