Touch Football Australia: Operating Principles

In 2019, four operating principles were developed to drive organisational expectations and standards; replacing core values as the measure by which the organisation and its staff will hold each other to account. They are:

  • We will rip in;
  • We will stick tight;
  • We will be forward focused; and
  • We will take the high road.

The principles demand dedication, loyalty, innovation and integrity. If we operate under these principles, we will offer our members unrivalled service and be recognised as the benchmark of Australian sport; do this and we will achieve excellence.
