Touch Football Australia (TFA) has recently developed and released the new SportingPulse Touch Football Online system (TFO) to be used by affiliates and the breadth of the Touch Football community.
This is a major achievement and part of the continuous technological improvements and developments being deployed for the current strategic cycle; designed to better engage with, track and manage our members and their information.
The TFO program is now available for all recognised affiliates to converge to. Importantly, TFA aims to have all affiliates transition from paper registration processes to the new online system (TFO), by Season 1, 2015 (1January, 2015). TFO helps affiliates maintain their organisations’ competitions and payments/financial details, but also better track member data and facilitate more effective engagement and communication with members.
Regardless of the size or scope of your affiliate, TFO can build new efficiencies into your business processes (e.g. vastly reduced paperwork), saving you time and enabling you to manage your competition information the most effective way.
‘SportingPulse Competitions’ enables you to store, track, and update and locate historical statistics, finals eligibility, tribunal matters, clearances and other key business requirements. The system also has a vast reporting tool, allowing you to customise the specific information you wish to extract and/ or manipulate/distribute.
The new system will be tentatively integrated with the existing Membership portal for the time being. The new system will be formally integrated at a later date, as the new Membership portal re-structure is finalised, replacing completely the existing Membership portal. Please note, when the new Membership portal is confirmed (at a date TBC) this may affect some data fields currently used.
TFA and SportingPulse will provide you with further information and notifications regarding any potential data field or other, issues before any updates occur.
As the new Membership portal is integrated, TFO will become the ‘Official Competitions, Membership and Registrations system of TFA,’ in a completely revamped and integrated online platform. In addition to this, Touch Football Rewards continues to be available to affiliates, every online payment getting your affiliate one step closer to the great rewards on offer.
Touch Football Australia (TFA) and SportingPulse have organised an initial webinar to introduce the new Touch Football Online (TFO) product to affiliates and state offices.
The Touch Football Online introduction training webinar will be held on Wednesday, 5 June at 7.30pm (AEST). For more information, please click on the ‘related news’ tab below.
